Hello Transcendentist family, I hope you guys are doing well and safe. Today we are going to brief you on some of the OSHA and CDC guidelines we are practicing for infection control.
The operatories are disinfected with hospital-grade disinfectants. The air purifiers are turned on so they can filter out any of the aerosols and allergens.
We use steamed sterilized instruments. Your blankets, headrest, and neck pillow covers are all washed after a single-use.
We have emergency protocols in place and also protocols we will be following once the pandemic subsides.
Emergencies will be done only after a phone triage by the office, and we will request only the patient with an emergency visit to the office.
After this pandemic subsides, we will be following the same level of care and infection control.
We will continue to screen all our clients for any fever, cold or cough and re-schedule the appointments if you have these symptoms.
I wanna re-assure you on behalf of everyone at Transcendetist that it is going to be a safe environment to take care of you.
